HB 4036: Relating to controlled substances; prescribing an effective date.
Increases the penalties for possession of a controlled substance.
HB 4062: Relating to controlled substances; declaring an emergency.
Creates the crime of using a controlled substance in public.
HB 4095: Relating to graduation requirements; declaring an emergency.
Requires a student to demonstrate proficiency in specified Essential Learning Skills prior to the student being awarded a high school diploma or a modified diploma.
HB 4092: Relating to school choice.
Increases the limitation on the percentage of students in a school district who may enroll in a virtual public charter school that is not sponsored by the student’s resident school district without first receiving approval from the school district.
