December 3, 2023 – Oregon’s 13: Even Tina Kotek does not want walkouts
Oregon’s 13 Senators who worked together to defeat the horrible agenda of the Democrats has their day in court coming up December 14th in Oregon Supreme Court. These Senators were elected by their voters and should be allowed to serve them. Let their voters decide, not Portland Democrats.
Governor Kotek was on OPB this past month and even she agreed Senate Democrats got what they deserved.
“I’m doing everything I can to make sure (another walkout) doesn’t happen. I’ve been very clear with legislative leaders — we have to have more open dialogue now about how we want the session to go and how we can work together on the top issues facing the state. What’s good about housing production? It is a bipartisan priority. I’m trying to keep people focused on bipartisan priorities so we can have a successful legislative session.” – Governor Kotek on OPB
She continued…
“This is a short session to be focused on the priorities of the state.”
“Nothing in the law at the end of the day will be foolproof for keeping us from walkouts. This is about the relationships you build, how you treat each other, how you treat folks who aren’t in the majority. I think we have work to do there.”
If Democrats would treat Republicans and those not living in Portland with more respect, we could find the “Oregon Way” again.
We have hired the best attorney’s and have gone all in to try and save our Oregon. We hope you will join us in the battle by donating anything you can.
Senators Knopp, Findley and Linthicum will be going to the Supreme Court on December 14th at 1:30pm.
See the response from the Supreme Court in regards to our case.
It should be a very interesting case to hear as it is David vs. Goliath.
The plain language of Measure 113 should win over political voter intent.

The oral argument schedule is ready to go on the 14th of December. This is our opportunity to be heard by the courts and win the day for Oregonians.
