More Senators have united once again to sign on to our lawsuit. Because these three are up for election next year, the Oregon Supreme Court wants to hear their case before the end of the year. We would have liked to see this happen sooner, but we believe it is good news that they allowed it to jump straight to the Supreme Court.

We aren’t going to sugar coat it, even with this accelerated timeline, our Senators’ aren’t going to be awarded legal fees if they win. It will cost roughly $150,000 to plead case. Senators have been fundraising and have received generous support so far.

Democrats are trying to disqualify our Republican candidates at the National and State levels via courts. They want judges, not voters, to decide the 2024 election. They are hoping to prevent this courage from spreading in 2024.

We believe that the plain language of Measure 113 should win over the rigged union ballot measure that was forced on voters by Senate President Rob Wagner and his union buddies.

All it will takes is one court victory to begin to topple the Goliath that is the unions who are trying to rig elections with courts and Measure 113.
