October 4, 2023 – Oregon Republican Party: Weaponization of Justice
Since 2016 we have seen the media become the 4th arm of government as Zuckerberg, Twitter, CNN, MSNBC and other media titans and outlets bowed to their liberal masters, attacking and trying President Trump in the court of public opinion. We saw how the Biden administration weaponized the FBI, partnering with the Teachers Union and media to target and silence concerned parents. We have since seen these same actors again try to discredit Trump. While it was no surprise to see these three play together in the cesspool that has become our political landscape, it has been absolutely shocking to witness the degradation of our Justice system. The one remaining fail safe and steward of our constitution, that was meant to dole out Justice with a blind eye toward irrelevant factors, has now fallen before our very eyes.
Activist attorney generals on the Soros payroll have perverted and weaponized the court against political rivals, namely President Trump. The White House has targeted Trump and his allies through the US Attorney General. When 600+ American citizens engaged in protest against our government on January 6th, a right enshrined by our constitution, they were imprisoned for more than 2 years without the assurance of a speedy trial and are now being convicted and sentenced to unusually long prison terms, in some cases without even being at the scene of a crime, such as Enrique Tarrio.
All the while, the largest city in our own state was held captive for more than 100 straight days with violent riots, where federal buildings, police stations, and vehicles were firebombed. Pedestrians and Police Officers were violently attacked by people for which federal politicians, including the Vice President, collected money to bail their Antifa cohorts out of jail so they could continue to go out night after night, and destroy cities in our beautiful nation. Even still, the same 2 years later, only a small fraction of these terrorists have been convicted, and when those few and far between convictions have come, they have been mere slaps on the wrist.
As the ORP we will always stand for our National and State Constitutions, for justice that is free of prejudice and political indictment, and for every citizen to have the ability to engage their right to protest and stand up against unrighteous governmental actions. We the people of the United States of America, and this Republican Party of Oregon, condemn the disgraceful political weaponization of our American Justice system against US citizens and political rivals. We invite you to stand with us and stand up for the preservation of our constitution and checks and balances that it provides for the integrity of our republic.
