Roseburg will be getting its first authorized tent campsite for the homeless. Located at 303 W. Harvard Ave., the site plans to house 10 tents. There will be one individual to police the area and ensure that campsite rules such as no alcohol and drugs are followed. What are your thoughts on the new campsite?
