Today is National Women in Law Enforcement Day! This day acknowledges and celebrates the contribution of female law enforcement officers who enforce law and order around the country.
Your Linn County Sheriff’s Office is home to many amazing women who protect and serve the people of Linn County. These women not only serve out on the road with our patrol division, but also in our jail as corrections deputies, detectives and our support division!
Our very own Sheriff Michelle Duncan is the first ever female Linn County Sheriff, one of the few female Sheriffs in Oregon’s history!
Thank you to all the women law enforcement officers here at the Linn County Sheriff’s Office. You are setting a great example for future generations of successful women everywhere!
