
Our largest fundraising event of the year is quickly approaching! We would like to take this opportunity to let you know that our Annual Benefit Auction and Gala will be held on September 9, 2023 at the Linn County Expo Center. This event is an evening to join like-minded patriots who are fighting to put Oregon back on the right path. It will be filled with patriotism, and inspirational messages from speakers. Early bird tickets, price meant for our PCP’s and volunteers, can be found HERE. Price increases on May 5th (3 Days!!)
Like all non-profits, we do not have the regular donations to cover costs for simple operations. Therefore, fundraising each year is a necessity and generous donors provide critical financial resources for the party. Funds generated from our annual auction help us continue to provide an office, plan and participate in community events and most importantly, support our Republican candidates, from State Senate races to local school board races.
As auction time approaches, we need help from our supporters!
How can you help?
We are currently seeking donations of items for both our live and silent auction as well as auction sponsorships.
Auction sponsors – Do you own, know or work for a local business or individual that would be interested in sponsoring a table at our event? Auction sponsorships are available for $2,000, $1,000, $500 & $250. Item Procurement – During our Live and Silent auctions we typically offer a wide variety of items and services. Do you visit a business/store regularly that you could ask for a donation? Does your family or someone you know own a vacation home that they would be willing to donate? Do you or someone you know have the ability to create a unique, one-of-a-kind item? Most businesses have a giving budget and are interested in supporting their customers and the local community! Here’s a list of some donation ideas and past year’s best-selling items to help you get started! 2023 Auction Donation Ideas It’s best to procure things that you would like to bid on at an auction. If you like it, chances are someone else will too! The deadline for receiving auction items is end of day on Monday, August 28, 2023.
When approaching a business or an individual about a donation it is best to be ready to tell them about our organization and what auction funds will go towards. Here’s a donation request letter that you can use when soliciting. You can also direct businesses to our LCRCC website or our 2023 Auction website for more information about our event!
