Dallas, OR. — A Salem man with multiple prior convictions for public indecency has been sentenced to four years in prison following a felony conviction stemming from a 2025 incident in West Salem.
Ahmir Rasheed Dunn, 28, of Salem, was sentenced to 48 months in prison after pleading guilty to one count of felony Public Indecency. The sentence was imposed by Polk County Circuit Judge pro tem Timothy Park in Polk County Circuit Court.
The charge arose from a September 2025 incident in which Dunn exposed himself to employees at a Pizza Hut location. Court records indicate the conduct constituted felony-level public indecency due to Dunn’s prior convictions.
In addition to the prison sentence, Judge Park ordered Dunn to serve one year of post-prison supervision upon release. As part of that supervision, Dunn must register as a sex offender and complete both mental health treatment and sex offender treatment.
This conviction marks Dunn’s fifth for public indecency since 2022, a pattern the court cited in determining the sentence.
Dunn was sentenced in Dallas, though the underlying incident occurred in neighboring West Salem.
