Klamath County, OR. — Two people were killed Wednesday afternoon in a violent rollover crash on Highway 140E after two westbound vehicles attempted to pass at the same time, according to Oregon State Police.
At approximately 1:00 p.m. on November 26, 2025, troopers responded to a two-vehicle collision near milepost 16. Investigators determined that a westbound Honda Civic driven by Tahj Mahalia Miller, 24, of Klamath Falls, moved into the eastbound lane to pass slower traffic. At the same time, a westbound Cadillac CTS driven by Kaden Shakur Moses, 24, of Klamath Falls, also attempted to pass.
The Cadillac’s rear quarter panel clipped the front of the Honda, causing Moses to lose control. The Cadillac veered off the roadway, rolled down the eastbound shoulder, and came to rest upside-down in a nearby field.
Moses, who police say was not wearing a seatbelt, was ejected and died at the scene. A passenger in the Cadillac, Bonner Deb Conney, 52, of Klamath Falls, was also pronounced deceased.
Miller and two juvenile passengers, ages 3 and 5, were uninjured.
Highway 140E was partially closed for roughly six hours during the on-scene investigation. OSP was assisted by the Bonanza Fire Department and the Oregon Department of Transportation.

Wear your seatbelts and you won’t die- don’t wear your seatbelts and when you roll over you get ejected and then you die.. It’s been the law for years – !
