Linn County, OR. — A woman was killed and several others injured Thursday afternoon in a two-vehicle crash on Highway 20 near milepost 4, according to the Oregon State Police (OSP).
The crash occurred around 4:20 p.m. on October 30, 2025, when an eastbound Ford F-150 pulling a flatbed trailer, driven by Christopher Jon Forum, 47, of Sweet Home, crossed into the westbound lane and struck a Toyota 4Runner driven by Doranna Lee Morris, 73, of Mill City, nearly head-on.
Morris was pronounced dead at the scene. Her passengers—Nicole Lynn Dekanu, 27, of Albany, along with three children, a 7-year-old boy, a 4-year-old boy, and a 1-year-old girl—were transported to a nearby hospital with minor injuries.
Forum was also taken to an area hospital with minor injuries.
The highway was closed for approximately six hours during the investigation. The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
OSP was assisted by the Albany Fire Department, Linn County Sheriff’s Office, and the Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT).
